Established in 1969, American Custom Drying is located in Burlington, New Jersey and offers contract spray drying and blending services to the food and chemical industries. Our full service facilities and management team provide customers the flexibility to start with R&D runs before progressing to full-scale production. We operate two pilot plant spray dryers for product and process development as well as two full scale production spray dryers capable of processing 5,000 lbs/hour for large scale and long term contract opportunities.
Additional services include: Dry Blending, Wet Processing, Liquid heating, Liquid cooling, Homogenization, Open Atmosphere reactions and up to 500,000 gallons of liquid storage.
